8vo; 17 pages; Disbound from a volume of similar pamphlets, showing thread holes at the far left margin. 17, [1] p. Lacking [2] preliminary pages (1 being the half-title "Funeral oration"). All pages trimmed to 21 cm. (from 22 cm. ) , not affecting text. Early 19th century page numbering in ink (213-229) , signifying that 212 pages of pamphlets preceded this one in the binding. Numbers on pages "213" and "229" (only) have been obliterated, for some reason. Reissue of the first edition (Evans 37797 ; issued without title page) , with Ormrod's title page added, thus, this is Evans Early American Imprints. First Series ; 37807. Stillwell, M. B.
